Rev. Doug Anderson will provide an hour and a half or so of key characteristics that impacts congregations that are under 75 and over 75 in worship and that create barriers to growth. Then he will leave forty five minutes or so for Q/A of the first 6-7 weeks of the new appointments from a Starting Well perspective.

 

The day is to begin with a short gathering in the multi-purpose room at 9:00 am. We will then divide the group into churches 75 and under, who will stay in the multi-purpose and the others will move to the sanctuary.  We will get everyone settled down by 9:15 or 9:20 so that both groups can begin. There will have two and a half hours of content time in both the morning and afternoon sessions. This time also includes a ten to fifteen minute break. We will break for lunch at 12:00 pm and begin gathering people back together, around 12:45, to reconvene at 1:00 pm. With the conclusion of both groups by 4:00 pm.
