Grandparent Program

 Goal:   to recruit Grandmothers in and around the North End Community to serve as mentors for our student body, as well as greeters for our visitors.

We are hoping the presence of grandmothers will change the hearts, minds and attitudes of our students and empower them as well.
 
We would like to have around 6-8 grandmothers working one hour in the morning and afternoon once a month. At this point, we are willing to accommodate the grandmothers who show interest.

–80 professionals who will share their experience in their field – March 25th at Woodward High School in Toledo from 9:00 A.M to 12:00 P.M.
–Explain the College process to the Hispanic/Latino students
