The Community is Our Parish: Connecting with our Neighbors
Wednesday, April 15, 2015 - 10:00am to 3:00pm
We have the wonderful privilege of bringing God’s Kingdom to the places which we call home.

It doesn’t matter whether your church is in a rural area, small village or county seat town, you can be the reminder of God’s presence and commitment to change and transform the lives of people who live there. Yet how often our churches come to a place of plateau or comfortableness and we lose the passion of reaching our neighbors with the good news of Jesus Christ.

You are invited to come to a time where we will explore the role of the pastor in modeling and visioning as well as equipping the laity to be involved in life-giving ministry.

We will focus on the art of building relationships with those outside our church and the creation of partnerships that can change the atmosphere of the community in which we live.
